The intent to create this page is to provide social awareness about special needs.

Special needs are individuals who require assistance for themselves that may be medical, mental, physiological or psychological. A special need kid may not be able to manage himself or herself on their own, needing guided assistance to perform their tasks, some even needing constant assistance.
